Privacy Policy

I have a fairly simple privacy policy. I feel very strongly about the ability to retain your privacy and personal information. I often require personal information in the course of my work, and I appreciate the desire to keep the information you share with me confidential.

I make every effort to protect your information to the best of my abilities. That means that once I receive your information, it becomes a 'need to know' item. The people with access to it, are those working directly with me on my behalf. I securely store your information, and do not share it outside of Bruce O'Bryan Photography.

If I am asked to share your information, I ask you for approval, unless you have informed me that you would like me to make information available.

Ultimately, the personal information I receive from you is not something I share, sell, give away, trade, etc. I may use it to personally contact you regarding my work with you, or future work on rare occasion.

I respect your privacy. Please let me know if you have any questions about your privacy at any time.

BE AWARE: Personal Galleries that you access by your client sign in are NOT secure pages. This means, if you choose to share the direct web address of your personal gallery with others, they can access the page without signing in. (That means you can share the page with individuals you want to show the images to, but don't want to offer the other links that your client account offers.) If you would like your personal gallery to be securely passworded, please specify that desire in advance.
